Dear Friends,
Our tour continues to be a smashing success. Our historic concert in Antarctica (the first ever) was amazing, and every concert in Chile has been standing room only.
The boys are still very much hoping to present our Liberty Bell to the President - an official gift to the people of Chile from the people of Philadelphia on their 200th birthday.
We will be Santiago tonight (Wednesday) to do a concert at a poor parish, and then we head to Valparaiso, where we will be until the morning of Sunday, January 3rd. We will be back in Santiago the entire day of January 3rd.
My understanding is that the President vacations in Vina Del Mar over the New Year's Holiday. If so, I'm hoping she'll receive us there. Perhaps she's having a holiday gathering, at which 60 charming boys singing Si Vas Para Chile, holiday songs, gospel songs, and Broadway songs would be the perfect touch.
